人那法瑞林(NAF)背景:  Nafarelin acetate is a synthetic analog of the naturally occurring gonadotropin-releasing hormone （GnRH）. Nafarelin stimulates the release of the pituitary gonadotropins， LH and FSH， resulting in a temporary increase of ovarian steroidogenesis.

溶解建議：

提供的人那法瑞林產(chǎn)品為白色無菌凍干粉末，凍干粉里不含有其它添加劑.推薦使用無菌的18MΩ的超純水來溶解，濃度不低于100ug/ml，便于后續(xù)稀釋.

穩(wěn)定性說明：

Lyophilized Nafarelin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks， should be stored desiccated below -18℃. Upon reconstitution NAF should be stored at 4℃ between 2-7 days and for future use below -18℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
